A collaboration of two talented chefs, Mat Hallam and Zorren Miller, mine host Barry Iddles and Brad Rey, Zonte’s Footstep Vigneron, is the perfect trifecta (or if you want to be picky quadrella) that will combine to create a not to be missed winemakers dinner at the popular Falls Creek apres ski venue elk Restaurant and Bar.
Mark Wednesday 27July on your calendar. That’s when superb cuisine and award-winning South Australian wines will be served to guests during the four-course winemakers dinner.
Rey has carried out vintages in California, Oregon and France before joining the SA-based winemaking company that believe wines are an integral part of daily life to be enjoyed with food, whether you are in Spain, Italy or Portugal…or Australia.
