Driven by Barry’s ideas on what people really want to see in a traditional Australian Snowfields experience. A fantastic working relationship with his designer Josie Jones, Elk delivers a head turning campaign for 2015.
Whilst Barry is know for honest tasty meals, he is also known for his proactive approach to raising monies for Fareshare on behalf of Skinny Duck where recently the organisation raised $84,000 towards the Feed Melbourne Appeal.
Barry and his team at Sorrento Catering Company offer many years of experience in the food industry with expressions in food that will have you in awe. Travelling often, Barry is exposed to many cultures and cuisine, in which he displays a photographic style memory for retaining the details of each dish.
